My path into counseling comes from personal experience. After facing my own challenges and discovering the power of therapy, I committed myself to this field with a deep understanding of the effort, resilience, and hope it takes to make meaningful changes. Therapy can be transformative, helping us see ourselves more clearly, build healthier relationships, and overcome obstacles to well-being. It can be tough work, but it’s incredibly rewarding. Changing how we view ourselves, how we navigate interpersonal relationships, or altering our behaviors that are interfering with our health and well-being can enhance our quality of life. View 4 Photos The focus of my private practice at this time is providing support to individuals experiencing mood and anxiety issues, relational challenges, and life transitions. I offer assistance to parents in supporting children who may face behavioral challenges at home or in school. I also provide couples and family therapy using an Emotion Focused Therapy approach.
