Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, therapy can offer a path forward and I’m here to walk alongside you. I work with both women and men across various stages of life, with a particular focus on fertility, parenting, and family relationships. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, and I provide support for all aspects of the fertility journey, including IVF, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the complex emotions that often accompany these experiences.
