In life, difficult situations occur. These experiences can make us anxious, question ourselves and our self-worth, and affect our ability to connect with others and plan for the future we desire. Through EMDR, ART, and a mix of other empirically based modalities, it is possible to heal from past trauma, feel more empowered, and increase life satisfaction generally. I have been in the field for twenty years and a therapist for sixteen years. I have also been an administrator, supervisor, and trainer for therapists. During that time, I have come to appreciate how change is possible in our lives and in our relationships with others. View 4 Photos I am trained in EMDR, ART, Theraplay, Play therapy, TF-CBT, Jungian/experiential therapy, and other modalities, meaning I have training in trauma, family work, attachment, and more. I am an RPT-S (Registered Play Therapy Supervisor). I specialize in children and youth, but I also work with adults and enjoy working with various ages and needs.
