Welcome! I am originally from the Midwest and went to college in Ohio. I work with adults who are coping with stress, life transitions, grief, anxiety, sexual wellness, and more. With over 17 years of experience as a psychotherapist / Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a background in medical and community-based care, I bring a calm, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy.
