Most of us come to moments in our lives where we must navigate a turning point—whether it’s the quiet ache of anxiety or depression, the weight of addiction, the messiness of grief, or the disorientation of a life transition. We might feel stuck between identities, longing for purpose, or struggling to feel seen. What we need isn’t just coping tools, but a space to be deeply witnessed, gently challenged, and to build capacity to meet life on life's terms. My goal to to help client's discover and realign with their personal value systems which will move them toward wholeness—on their terms—with clarity, courage, and compassion.
