My name is Rachel Gitelson and I specialize in the treatment of individuals, families, and providing parenting support. I use a person-centered, mindfulness based approach to my work, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic theories to treat the individual within the dynamics of their world. I support couples in the challenges of parenting in today’s world, and come from a strength-based perspective in which I believe we are all doing the best we can given the resources that we have. Additionally, I offer supervision to licensed therapists.
