Many of the people I work with (children, teens, and adults) are thoughtful, sensitive, and resilient, yet worn down by trauma, illness, grief, major life transitions, or the strain of navigating environments that don’t accommodate their needs or nervous systems. Parents often seek support for a child struggling beneath the surface, while adults may appear capable outwardly but feel overwhelmed inside. Some adults seek ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or prep & integration support as part of their healing process.
