I love helping children, teens and young adults find self-compassion, meaning, and connection in their lives. I offer guidance to children and young people struggling with a range of challenges, including trauma, identity issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, friendship/relationship challenges, loneliness, and family conflict. Using play, humor, and a variety of evidenced-based interventions, I hope to create an environment where children, caregivers, and young people feel safe to share all parts of themselves.
