Greetings! My name is Rachel and I am a NY native. I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, following a 20-year career as a Licensed Massage Therapist. First and foremost, I want you to know that needing support does not make you weak. Asking for and accepting help can be extraordinarily difficult, and I commend you for taking this first step. I work with individuals experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, stress, emotional disturbances, women's issues, peer relationships, and life transitions.
