The people I work with are often experiencing some type of psychic pain and want to alleviate it. They may come in because of difficulties with partners, family, friends, work issues, body image, disordered eating, or self esteem concerns. Or possibly, they are having intrapsychic conflicts like anxiety and depression. I help people relieve these symptoms while using therapy to bring joy and satisfaction in their relationships, work, and self-regard, simultaneously helping clients grow to their most fully realized selves.
