My goal is to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, inclusive, and client-centered treatment to help clients live healthier and more fulfilling lives. I incorporate this framework by tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs. I utilize a Person-Centered approach, while also incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play, & Art therapy techniques. I tailor my approach based on each of my client's individual needs and goals. I feel each client deserves to be heard, supported, and given the tools they need to be successful
