As part of Effective Therapy Solutions, LLC, I provide therapy for children who experience challenges with focus, emotions, and behavior. I specialize in ADHD and mood disorders, using play-based approaches to help children understand their feelings, build self-regulation skills, and develop positive habits that support success at home and school. My approach is calm, collaborative, and practical. I meet each child where they are, using encouragement, structure, and simple strategies that make real differences in daily life.
