I am a queer, trauma-informed therapist licensed in New York who works with adolescents and adults of all genders, body sizes, and backgrounds. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, along with trauma, anxiety, and identity-related challenges. My work is grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES) principles and an anti-diet, body-liberation approach, supporting clients in building self-compassion and finding peace in their relationships with food and body. My previous experience includes working in higher level of care, including intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP).
