As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that healing looks different for everyone—and so does therapy. I work with individuals of all ages, from young children to adults, navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, behavioral issues, family and relationship issues, and parenting stress. Most of my previous work has been with children and parents in school settings, which has given me a deep understanding of the unique stressors families face and how to support growth at both the individual and systemic levels.
