The counseling room is your safe space to explore the conditions that are causing you to seek counseling. In counseling, I take a holistic approach, meaning attention is given to wellness in body, mind, and soul. From a person-centered perspective, I believe you are the expert on your own life, so we will collaborate to help you reach your goals. My goal is to help you move toward a better state of mental health and wellness. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on this part of your journey.
