I work with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks (12+), utilizing a trauma focused lens, compassion, curiosity, and authenticity to help you feel safe and seen. I aim to understand the ways in which various traumas, including historic and current systemic and political oppression, have shaped your experiences and beliefs. I help folks that work with me to identify ways to navigate these systems in a way that is aligned with your needs to improve your relationships and quality of life. From day stressors, to unexpected life changes and childhood trauma, my goal is to hold space for and empower you to live the life you deserve and desire.
