Emotional wellness impacts every aspect of our lives; from career and family, to social dynamics, love and health. I offer a supportive space for high achieving people, often with perfectionistic tendencies, to address the obstacles holding them back from happiness. Oftentimes, the people I work with are at a crossroads in their career or relationship, they are experiencing a breakup/divorce, or adjusting to parenthood. They usually reach out because they are distressed and experiencing a level of anxiety or depression that feels overwhelming.
