Together, we will co-create a supportive space for you to feel seen, heard and held. This container provides the safety needed to enter a deep exploration of self. Here we will uncover the constellation of you - all the experiences, relationships, learnings, beliefs that have shaped you. Tend to the pain points, elevate your strengths, connect you with your true nature and from that connection, understand what you really want and need. And then, be empowered to begin to consciously take steps to transform into the constellation of the next version of yourself - the one you choose, the one you get to create. My approach is integrative and pulls from different modalities and philosophies depending on the needs of the client. I am very much solution focused & strengths based, which will help you identify and connect to the wisdom, gifts & resources that you already have. At its core my work is humanistic in nature with a belief that you have the capacity to heal.
