I am a passionate and dedicated counselor who longs to see healing and redemption in the lives of the wounded and the broken. My clients are those who have experienced trauma, abuse, and suffering resulting in anxiety, depression, dissociation, addictions, eating disorders, mood disorders, and more. My clients often have little awareness of just how resilient and courageous they are, but enduring and surviving trauma is not an easy thing. It is my greatest honor to walk alongside survivors as they fight for hope and healing and learn to view themselves in a new and beautiful light. When working with individuals I maintain an attachment lens, while utilizing a combination of narrative/story work, parts work (Internal Family systems), and somatic based interventions to provide holistic healing. When working with couples I utilize a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method interventions to foster secure attachment.
