Your romantic, familial and friend relationships allow you to take shelter from the storms of life. When something threatens those relationships or you feel disconnected, it's easy to feel you've been left alone to face the storms of life without the safe, protective shelter that we all need to survive. Coming to therapy is one way of seeking shelter as I help you rebuild and improve your relationships.
