I'm passionate about walking alongside people who have a sense that, "Maybe, just maybe, it doesn't have to always be this way." Perhaps you're feeling stuck in the same relational dynamics, holding beliefs and ideas about yourself, others, and the world that no longer seem helpful, or wanting to figure out what it might look like to be a more healthy, whole, and honest person. Many of us often have a desire for life to look different, but we might not be sure how to get there. I view therapy as a process that can help us discover more about where we've been, who we are becoming, and how we want to live.
