Welcome! I'm Rachel. I want to first acknowledge that you've taken a courageous step in seeking therapy, and I’m so glad you're here. Starting this process can feel empowering, confusing, or even a little scary, and that’s completely okay. Together, we’ll dive into what’s challenging you right now—whether it’s anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, grief, self-confidence struggles, or parenting hurdles. We’ll also explore where you want to be in the next month, six months, or year. In our sessions, we’ll break down your concerns and create strategies that work for you, focusing on practical actions you can take right away. In your first therapy session with me, we’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing your understanding of therapy to make sure we’re on the same page. I’ll ask a lot of questions to gain insight into the key areas of your life, so I can better understand your unique experiences and challenges.
