Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous first step toward healing and growth. As a therapist (with the last name Cope, how could I have any other job?), my goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore yourself, your experiences, and your relationships. I believe healing happens within the context of connection and that genuine acceptance and support are the foundation for meaningful change. I am honored to walk alongside you and to be part of your story. I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults (18-25), and adults. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, grief & loss, family conflict, relationship challenges, life transitions, attachment wounds, and trauma.
