I love helping people heal and live more fulfilling lives. I will work to help you find the self-compassion, acceptance, confidence, and concrete skills you need to address past traumas and make the changes you want in your life. I work from a humanistic, feminist, and trauma-informed framework and utilize DBT, CBT, MSC, somatic, and other approaches to best help my clients. I have over 20 years of experience treating clients (many are U of M students) who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, self-esteem, adjustment, relationship issues, and other concerns.
