We were never guaranteed that life would be easy, but at the same time, we were never warned that it could get so hard either. Sometimes, it is easy to believe we can get through it on our own, or we become okay with simply surviving, when we are designed to THRIVE. Whether a child having difficulty managing big emotions, a teen working through self esteem, an adult who has trauma from their past weighing on their heart, or a couple who feels like all hope is lost in their relationship. I want to be a support and encourager for healing wherever one feels led. I firmly believe that therapy should never be “one size fits all.” I understand that everybody's journey is unique, and so I aim to tailor my therapeutic practice to meet each individual where they are. My eclectic approach ensures that clients of all ages and backgrounds receive personalized support that honors their story, culture, and goals.
