I help folks ages 15+ with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), social anxiety, panic attacks, and other anxiety related challenges. Additionally, I have experience helping those struggling with depression, eating disorders, trauma, and stress in adjusting to difficult life circumstances. I also work with individuals struggling with body focused repetitive behaviors including skin picking or hair pulling through Habit Reversal Training and ComB. I am licensed to treat clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. I also am offering group therapy for adults with OCD.
