I really enjoy working with transitional age clients, like 18 to 21, and adults who feel like they are in a weird in between season of life. Maybe you are graduating, starting over, grieving something, dealing with family stuff, or trying to figure out who you are and what you actually want. Anxiety, depression, grief, identity, and family conflict come up a lot here. I am not here to rush you or push a perfect plan. We will go at your pace, notice patterns, and make room for what is really going on.
