I help those who are searching for meaning, struggling with change, experiencing depression, anxiety, or difficult life transitions. I can assist with relationship problems or losses, trauma, and identity. I empower people by building self-compassion, processing trauma, and learning to manage emotions so you can live more authentically, with strong boundaries, aligned values, and a deeper sense of peace and belonging. I’m trained in EMDR, a powerful approach for helping people heal from trauma and distress. I’m trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method, which I use to help couples strengthen trust, communication, and connection.
