I specialize in providing therapy to aging adults that are experiencing the challenges of aging, grief, loss, life changes, loss of independence, cognitive changes, dementia, loneliness and more. I help navigate the experience of memory loss and help clients work through the anxiety, depression, and isolation that come with aging. I acknowledge clients' individuality and that some older adults go through their aging journey alone which can lead to isolation. I also specialize in working with caretakers and the multitude of different stressors that they may be experiencing.
