As a therapist, I believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection—I want you to feel comfortable bringing your full self into the room. I enjoy working with age groups ranging from adolescents to older adults, experiencing a plethora of mental health symptoms. I have experience working with several mental health diagnoses, including PTSD, Generalized Anxiety, and Major Depression Disorder. I have experience with personality disorders and substance use disorders as well.
