Since 2009, I have worked with college age, new parents, and older adults to confront and manage struggles surrounding depression, anxiety, intense emotions, identity confusion, and trauma. All of our work is approached with the presumption that there is an intelligence within that ultimately knows what is best for you, but this wisdom is often concealed by emotions, disturbing thoughts, toxic relationships, self-defeating behaviors and thought patterns. We work collaboratively using specific techniques when suitable, but we will also engage with dreams & somatic exploration to gain awareness and use of unconscious shadow material.
