Effective 2/02/2026 - I have immediate openings and I am in-network with several insurance companies - I am a clinical social worker passionate about helping clients return to, or experience for the first time, a sense of safety and security. I specialize in relational trauma and work with people who feel stuck, whether in repeating relationship patterns or in fight, flight, or freeze. Many of my clients want more than coping skills; they’re seeking lasting change in both their relationships and nervous systems. I use both “top-down” talk therapy and “bottom-up” somatic work. While insight from talk therapy is important, I’ve seen how trauma etches into the nervous system.
