Hi! My name is Rachel. Whether you're here to get a fresh start for the future, sort through the past or just manage the present, I will help guide you through your journey. I am looking for clients who are passionate, motivated and excited to make a change. I am a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW-C. I have been practicing in an outpatient setting, both in person and telehealth for about four years now. Before that, I spent about two years providing services to youth and families in their homes. Through my years of experience, I have learned how to help clients facilitate better communication skills, show clients how to be goal oriented, work through past trauma, and gain self confidence. My expertise includes depression, anxiety, low self esteem, self harm, adjustment disorders, relationships, families/parenting and serving the LGBTQ+ community.
