If you are tired of carrying the weight of grief + injustice, burned out by a broken system, + desperate to be met in the heavy - I am so glad you’re here. I invite you to join me in a safe + judgment free space, where you don’t have to pretend to have it all together, but you always belong. I support individuals from all walks of life, while specializing in ADHD, Autism, LGBTQ+, and trauma. My mission is justice oriented, rooted in gentleness + authenticity, with a drive to dismantle the systems that no longer serves us - together.
