My background in the performing arts and hospitality gives me a deep understanding of the emotional complexities people face in both creative and high-pressure environments, as well as in everyday life. I understand the impact of constantly “performing” in the world and how unhealthy patterns can lead to a complicated sense of self, strained relationships, and even a loss of identity.
