I welcome you as you are. Many of us have lost connection to ourselves, others, and the natural world. Through deep listening I facilitate a space to support this reconnection, to help you remember your wholeness and belongoing. In this space I assist the cultivation of self-acceptance through self-inquiry to compassionately examine constricting beliefs within the context of systems of oppression, that impact our natural expression and aliveness. It is possible for you to recover lost or forgotten parts of self that have been exiled by judgement, shame, and pain to remember your dignity. Together, we will excavate and uncover. I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents to address symptoms of anxiety, issues of self-worth and belonging, relationship issues, 2SLGBTQI+ needs, and phase of life transitions. I work through a lens that recognizes the impact of historical/intergenerational trauma, social/cultural oppression, and seek to work from an anti-colonial framework.
