I am an experienced LCSW-C therapist, having worked in inpatient, in outpatient, and in juvenile detention facilities. I specialize in treating anxiety, panic disorder, depression, life changes, and ADHD. My approach to therapy is solution focused: tailoring methodologies to individual clients for the best outcomes.
