I enjoy working with clients of all ages including children, teens, and adults. I also specialize in working with folks in the LGBTQ community, and love to work with adults who are experiencing life transitions in their personal and professional lives. I bring in a variety of tools into the work, including building safety, skill building, and exploring relationship patterns. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel empowered to process at their own pace. I encourage open feedback, understanding that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative and dynamic. I work with clients to ease feelings of anxiety, and work with them to both challenge them while also not pushing them past their limits.
