I specialize in EMDR therapy and individual counseling for adults and adolescents with mental illness, challenging life changes, trauma, interpersonal conflicts and everything in between. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where we work together to lay everything out on the table, so that you can better understand what's holding you back and what's moving you forward. Through learning mindfulness, engaging self-compassion and reconciling the relationship to the body, we will heal the hurts and find a new way of engaging in the vibrant life around you.
