As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. My intention is to help you connect with and express even the most vulnerable parts of yourself, fostering healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized experience working with couples and adults across the lifespan. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Experiential and Somatic Therapies, emphasizing the mind-body connection to promote deep emotional processing and healing. I have experience supporting clients through a range of issues, including trauma, relationship concerns, family stressors, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, multicultural concerns, and attachment-related patterns. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Systemic Therapies, Somatic Therapy, & Mindfulness.
