Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just feeling a bit off and can’t quite name why, or you want to figure out why you cried over a taco order gone wrong—you’re not alone. I believe that healing is something we’re all capable of, and that process can be strengthened through connection. Working through life’s complexities and difficult moments with someone else (that’s where I come in) can help the process feel a little less daunting and a little more accessible. While the work can be deep and meaningful, I also believe there’s room for humor and levity along the way.
