Choosing to pursue counseling can be difficult and scary. My goal is the help clients on their journey by offering a variety of services to include individuals, couples and family counseling. I enjoy working with teens and adults dealing with the struggles of school and family life balance. By working together we can get you back on track so you are able to live your life to the fullest extent possible. I have years of experience with helping individuals battle depression, abuse, trauma, and anxiety. Using a person-centered, cognitive behavioral and an existential approach, my goal is to support you in a non-judgmental way.
