I am actively in my deconstruction era and have been embracing the application of intersectional feminist theory in my work with clients. My ideal clients tend to be LGBTQIA+, women/non-binary, and interested in understanding how the systems we live in shape their relationships- with themselves and others. I focus on a mix of individual decision-making grounded in community building with a core bias towards relationships as the foundation in which we can know ourselves and be truly known by others. I prefer to see clients individually and pull in important loved ones as needed. View 7 Photos I am active and engaged through sessions and use EFT, IFS, and ACT interventions. EFT focuses on deepening our comfort with our emotions and allowing ourselves to express and move towards our attachment needs. IFS explores the many parts of ourselves we have developed over time and how to integrate those parts with our wise, adult self. ACT is about action.
