I am results-oriented and believe that healing begins within a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My work is grounded in knowing that the past—whether shaped by trauma, regret, or missed opportunities—doesn’t have to hold us back. Instead, it can become the very foundation for growth, and lasting change. Certified in EMDR, I help individuals process and move through traumatic experiences in a safe, supportive environment. My work also includes helping those caught in cycles of overthinking, doubt, or fear-driven habits—stuck in mental loops, compulsive or ritualistic behaviors they can't stop, no matter how hard they try.
