Are you a parent feeling overwhelmed by your child’s big emotions or challenging behaviors? Or a teen or adult struggling with anxiety, OCD, or depression? These challenges aren’t easy to face alone, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, using evidence-based approaches including PCIT, CBT, ERP, and ACT. My goal is to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and culture. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work to meet clients where they are so we can move at a pace that feels safe.
