Perhaps you have been struggling with all that life has been throwing you - grief, loss, breakup, workplace stress, or family issues. Maybe you have felt alone in your journey and have questioned whether God even sees or hears you. If that's YOU, I'd love to walk beside you and help you heal from past trauma, learn healthy coping skills, and teach you how to live a more abundant life! I also provide training and consulting for Faith-based organizations looking to learn more about Wellness.
