My clients often come to therapy navigating uncertainty, extreme stress, or loneliness in their lives. Sometimes they are feeling overwhelming emotions, or behaving in ways they don't fully understand. They may be feeling distant from other people, or feeling overly worried about how others view them. They are seeking more connection, peace and balance in their day-to-day. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders & body image concerns, and my practice is rooted in the belief that everyone already has within them the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
