This is why I integrate Western medicine (neuroscience, somatic methods and cognitive-behavioral therapy) with Eastern philosophy (Buddhist psychology, Ayurvedic medicine, and soulfulness). My role is facilitator, guiding you in changing patterns, improving relationships, living authentically and being your best self.
