There is no such thing as a problem without a goal, so if you are facing problems in your life it's likely because there are feelings, and experiences you want in your life. The more in touch we become with our wants, needs and values, the more satisfaction we can get from our lives. Additionally, I have been trained in the assessment and treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders by Postpartum Support International.
