I believe each individual is the expert in their own life and once we can grasp this concept, real change and growth can occur. It is my belief that as a therapist, I have the opportunity to empower individuals to realize their own strengths and abilities to accomplish their goals and find well-being. I feel the therapeutic relationship, and the trust and empathy in that relationship, is one of the most important factors when it comes to working with clients on their self-understanding and change.
